It seems like weekly, if not daily, people are asking me to write down for them the recipes we use in our home. Apparently feeding your family on a tight budget is a topic that is appealing to many. After some gentle nudges from friends, hubby and I have decided to start sharing some of our recipes here, so others can enjoy the quick, simple, and cheap recipes we find around the internet.
We decided to call this little blog "Cookin' Up With the Joneses"...a fun title we think! Please bear with us as we begin posting recipes, and links to great food! Sometimes we might even have a picture or two.
Our focus is on inexpensive, delicious meals that can be prepared easily and with few ingredients. You will be thrilled to hear that oftentimes Nathaniel is the one who finds the new recipes and tries them out! Just last week, he tried out two new recipes and they were a huge hit, so they will posted here soon!
So, here we are. Join us on this journey. Who knows, maybe one day we will be published! A cookbook would be fun!
